    Pick a new card or a renewal. Renewing? Search your existing card by card number, student no or contact number, and your saved details are reused.

    Enter your details

    You only see the fields that apply to your category. Alumni and staff also add their CNIC and current job.

    Pay and attach the receipt

    Pay the total shown online, then attach a screenshot of the payment (JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF, up to 5 MB).

    Receive your card

    Your request is reviewed and approved. Collect your card from the Township campus, or choose home delivery.

Who can apply for a Signature Card?
Existing students, alumni and staff of The Punjab School. You choose your category on the form, and it decides which details you are asked for.
How do I renew my card?
Choose Renewal on the form, then search with your card number, student no or contact number. Active and expired cards can both be renewed. Your saved details are reused, so there is no long form to fill in.
How do I pay?
Pay the total shown on the form online, then attach a screenshot of the payment. JPG, PNG, WEBP and PDF files up to 5 MB are accepted. A request can't be submitted without the receipt.
Where do I collect my card, and can it be delivered?
Cards are collected from the Township campus at no charge. If you prefer home delivery, choose it on the form and enter your postal address. Rs 310 is added to your total.
Why does the form say I already have a pending request?
To avoid duplicates, a second request can't be submitted while an earlier one for the same student or card is still pending. Once it has been processed you can apply again.
The form says my saved details are incomplete. What now?
Contact the Old Students Association office so your record can be updated, then try your renewal again.
